A personalized session designed to meet you where you are. Focus on alignment, breath, and movement as meditation from the comfort of your own home.
In person (local) - $100 / 60 minutes
A fully customized experience in your home, studio, or chosen space. Includes setup, travel, and individualized attention.

Virtual (via Zoom) - $100 / 60 minutes
Practice and/or meditate together from anywhere. Ideal for friends, families, or small teams who want to share a mindful wellness experience.
In person (local) - $125 / 60 minutes
A shared practice with the intimacy of private instruction. Perfect for couples, friends, families or small groups.
+ $10 per additional person up to 15
