  • Private Yoga & Meditation

    Whether you're seeking the embodied movement of yoga, the stillness of guided meditation, or a thoughtful combination of both. We’ll co-create an experience that honors where you are and supports where you want to be. Great for beginners, returners, or anyone craving a more mindful connection to self.

    Available virtually or in-person (local only).

    $60 per half hour

    Packages available at a discounted rate

  • Corporate or Group Classes

    These sessions bring movement and mindfulness to your group in a way that’s grounding, accessible, and tailored to your needs. Great for workplaces, wellness events, or private gatherings.

    Virtual and in-person options available

    Rates (for up to 10 participants):

    $120 for 60 minutes

    Add $5 per person for groups larger than 10

    Travel fees may apply for non-local in-person sessions

  • Virtual Community Classes

    Join a small, supportive group online for weekly yoga and/or meditation sessions designed to meet you as you are. Flows are dynamic but accessible, with plenty of options and space to explore your breath and body. Come to move, to feel, to rest.

    Sliding scale: $10–$20 per class
