This live online course features weekly lessons, home practice, and group discussion, wherein participants are trained in evidence-based mindfulness concepts, meditation and movement as means of relieving stress, improving focus, managing symptoms of burnout, and learning to meet life with a greater sense of steadiness, peace, and presence.

Choose your night:
MBSR meets once weekly. Participants may attend either Monday or Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 pm EST, selecting the night that best supports their energy and schedule. Both sections follow the same curriculum.
