    Twelve 60-minute weekly sessions for profound, lasting change. Includes a full toolkit of mindfulness practices, ongoing check-ins, and a closing integration plan to carry your progress forward.

Session Format

All sessions are held virtually, via Zoom. After purchasing your session or package, you’ll receive an email with a booking link and a brief intake questionnaire. This helps me get a sense of where you are now so that we can make the best use of our time together.
