What brings people to coaching?

People come to coaching for reasons that are as individual and varied as they are. Sometimes it’s burnout. Sometimes it’s the end of something or the start of something new. Often, it’s just a deep, intuitive knowing that something has to change in a fundamental way.

Mindfulness-based coaching is a space to pause and reconnect with your life as it should be. Together we honor your pace, your process, and your personhood throughout that unfolding.

I currently work with Debbie as a coach. When we originally started working together it was through yoga. I mention this because what I wanted was a life coach who could offer holistic insight into my situation. We meet virtually 1 or 2x per month and she checks in on me as needed. She’s absolutely lovely. Wicked smart. Reliable. And more than anything else, full of empathy and compassion.

Session Format

All sessions are held virtually, via Zoom. After purchasing your session or package, you’ll receive an email with a booking link and a brief intake questionnaire. This helps me get a sense of where you are now so that we can make the best use of our time together.
