    You don’t have to silence your mind or sit perfectly still. Meditation with me is about presence, not perfection. Through guided breathwork, visualization, and gentle self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to pause, soften, and listen inward.

    Sessions are trauma-aware, beginner-friendly, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and everyday application. Whether you're seeking clarity, calm, or a space to just be, you'll find it here.

    This is coaching for the whole you—the version of you that’s building a life, navigating change, healing old stories, or seeking purpose in the everyday. Together, we’ll gently explore what matters most and create space for clarity, courage, and aligned action.
