I’M DEBBIE,

A MINDFULNESS GUIDE IN SFL.

I help individuals move through personal transitions with more clarity and care, and I partner with organizations to bring mindfulness-based tools into their culture and leadership.

My mission is to support personal and collective wellbeing through mindfulness. I offer coaching, embodied movement, and creative tools to help individuals foster self-awareness and personal growth and to help organizations nurture cultures of wellness, innovation, and mutual support.

Debbie is like a long-lost friend. It is very easy to open up to her, and I can feel her compassion to help me through the process.

MY OWN TURNING POINT

came after a season of deep burnout and personal loss.

Mindfulness met me there, not as a buzzword, but as a lifeline. It gave me the tools to grieve, recalibrate, and begin again with presence.

Since then, I've completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at UMass Center for Mindfulness and teacher training through Brown University’s Mindfulness program, deepening my commitment to offering mindfulness as both a personal and professional tool for resilience.
